HELP - Bixby not working

I have the Verizon Note 8. I decided to check out Bixby, and I got this error message. Tried googling solutions and it seems a lot of other folks had same issue. I tried the solutions I could find (i.e. clearing cache from partition), but they don't work. Anyone have another solution? Thank you.

I got the same thing with my T-Mobile Note 8. I was on data, it looks like you were on Wi-Fi, so I'm not sure.

Try again. I just did on data, and it required an update. then I swiped over and Bixby started.

Yup... Works now...I guess it's temperamental
