Help- boot screen graphics going on forever

I wasn't doing anything, picked up my gnex and the graphics are on display. It must have rebooted by itself for some reason. Is the OTA going out yet? Do I need to do a battery pull to stop this?

p.s. not rooted, never had any stablity problems or random reboots before.

If it's been going on for a few minutes then I'd do a battery pull.

tx. I did and it's ok. Did battery pulls on my BB about once a week when I first got it. Just one with GNEX since 12/15 is reasonable.
