AC Question

Hello,
I'm in a debacle right now and I'm not sure how to fix it. I have so far rooted my Samsung Epic 4g touch, flashed it with Custom Recovery (clockwork) and just recentely I had downloaded the latest rom from Cyanogenmod for the Epic 4g Touch. I attempted to install but the install failed and now it keeps booting into recovery. I am a noob with android and this is my first rom I ever tried to install. I did factory reset, wiped cache partition, and wiped the Dalvik cache but it still doesn't do anything.

How do I fix this, and why does Cyanogenmod fail? Also maybe after I fix this issue I want to find a new Rom to use on my Epic 4g Touch.

Thank you all in advance!
-Cheers
