Help, bricked phone :/

I tried flashing roms and putting in a kernel and now phone won't work right it keeps turning on and off saying HTC EVO 4G on a white screen. Please help :'(

Did you do a full wipe? Data, cache and dalvik cache?

Have you tried to do a fresh install of the rom without the kernel?

Okay, so I think i found out my problem.. Since i'm new to this i thought any rom can work with any kernel. Well i tried MikFroyoV.4.4 with the Tiamat Evo 4.0.6 kernel, my guess is that those two don't work together lol... So i tried wiping everything(data, cache, dalvik) and then retrying the rom. Does just retrying the rom remove the kernel? Thanks again for the quick response Smoke

Oh lol i forgot to mention that this fixed it lol.

AOSP kernels don't work on Sense based ROMs and vice versa. Tiamat will work on Cyanogen and Deck's while most other ROMs such as Synergy, Kingdom, etc, will need something like GoldenMonkey or Netarchy.

What are sense based roms?

Sense rom has Sense on it. It's based from the stock rom. CM7 &Deck's are AOSP Rom. Which is Android Open Source Project, pretty much gives you a stock Android rom. Similar but not quite like the Nexus line
