Help can't make calls out

Every time I try to make a call out it says check the number I get text and data just fine so idk the issue please help!

Did you need to make 2 different threads in 1 day about it?

I couldn't make calls after I flashed a new ROM. My problem was the number had a "+" in front of the zip code. I don't know why it automatically saved like that.

Flashed back my stock rom and it fixxed the problem but it says I have an update? I'm scared to flash it cuz I have a custom kernel wouldn't that brick me?
