My samusung galaxy phone is lock and my google account is not working on the phone so i change it and it is still not working but it is working on the computer

My samusung galaxy phone is lock and my google account is not working on the phone so i change it and it is still not working but it is working on the computer
there is nothing you can do other than remembering your PINs and still if you don't then i think you must wait a bit there might be some problems with the server !! Is there an active wi-fi or data connection on your device ??? If not then you have only one option left and that is factory resetting it !!
