HELP: Dead 3XL.

I was using my 3XL while it was charging.
I took it off the charger at about 50% and the screen went black. The device is completely unresponsive. I have tried holding down power, power and vol+, power and vol-, and power and both vol+ and -. I have tried charging for a while with the OEM charger.
Nothing seems to help.
Suggestions?

Uh-oh, that's a little worrisome. Keep it plugged into a wall outlet for at least 6 hours undisturbed. Then press and hold Power for at least 20 seconds (time it, since 20 seconds is probably a lot longer than you think). If nothing happens, wait a few seconds, then press and hold Power again for another 20 seconds. If nothing happens, then the battery might have failed. Is your phone still under warranty?

Warranty expired in Oct of 19. So I might be SOL. I will try leaving it plugged into the OEM charger for a few hours and try again.
