Help, deleted htc one m7 os!!

Please help. I'm really stupid with phones, i know absolutely nothing so if you could walk me though this i would really appreciate it.

I accidentally deleted my htc one m7 OS and its not rooted.
When ever i try to start it up is brings me to Team win recovery project v2.5.0.0.

What can I do?

You can try downloading the factory RUU imagine and flashing the phone back to stock with it. If you have Team win recovery project v2.5.0.0 on the phone then you or someone was trying to root the phone. Use the link below to find the stock image from HTC and that should fix the phone.
