Help - Dropped phone, screen not cracked, lines in display now

This afternoon I dropped my phone on a hard wood floor. The phone was in a TPU case. The screen did not crack but now there are horizontal and vertical lines along the bottom and left side of the screen. The lines are purple and green. There is also a curved diagonal line coming up from the bottom left corner and the end of that line coincides with where the straight vertical and horizontal lines stop occurring. I assume I either damaged something with the screen or a connector is loose. Can anyone offer a suggestion?

yeah, your thought is right. It most likely should check the connector at first.
