Dropped phone, have to make a T-Mo claim...

Had my first encounter of dropping a phone that caused screen damage. Just got back from my local T-Mobile store to discuss my account and stopped to get gas and forgot my S22U was sitting under my legs and then got out and....I hear a smack next to my feet. Not much damage but a few hair line scratches and fairly damaged on the right side edge pannel from top to bottom. Now I have to make a claim for the first time ever. I believe it's a $99 accidental damage deductible. Who else had to file a claim through T-Mobile and how did it go? This is still fully usable until I can get a replacement.

Let us know if it's only $99 for insurance. If it is that's great, but most are $249 last I seen. This is asurion.

We're you running cased, or naked? With these big phones, I've always run protected, just too danged many bad things can happen to them.

I'm on my second case with my S22U, the first didn't completely meet my needs, but the second has been great. Sorry you have to go through the process, though!
