I would recommend going into your Clock app and trying to access its settings. If the issue still persists, you can always download a third-party clock app from the Play Store.

If you go to app info, there is an option for notifications. There you can unsilence it. Hopefully that works.

hey i fixed it i rembered what i did anyways to fix it when the alarm starts in the mornin the normal dismiss or snooze didnt show up so u clilick the button on back an get the lockscreen on there u see the notification u slide it to the side n see a gears icon behind it click an it shows silense or not silent so i chose not silent n done 5 minutes later the alarm sounds an i get the normal snooze or dimiss screen its fixed !!!
