ok i think i got it it says C:\ andriod-sdk\platform-tools> CD andriod-sdk-windows\platform-tools

Actually enter
cd C:\android-sdk-windows\platform-tools

I don't know because I followed all the instructions from bigsquid and I downloaded and installed abd on my laptop because I didn't have one and then I tried all yours and it didn't work
