help flashing new rom

ok guys i need some help and have searched all over fourms but cannot find what i am looking for. i am fairly new but have been playing with roms, kerrnels for a little while, mainly via cwm. but i am wanting to put superdark v1 on my phone but dont want to screw up. have updated to DJ05 and currently running blackhole 2.4 and stupidfast. was wondering if there is a tread open already on how to flash this rom onto phone or if someone could give me kinda step by step. if i need to use odin or just copy to sd card or what?

download it, drop on sd. flash in cwm, dont forget wipe and reset. have fun.

yeah if you have something like root explorer and are able to copy and paste the internal SD root
