help froze during update

I left my tablet to update while at work and it froze at 14% . I am getting error on my computer that device is not supported by kies 3. And screen on tablet says firmware upgrade encountered an issue. Please select recovery mode in kies & try again

And did you? If you did and it didn't work:

If you're in the US, bring t into Best Buy and look for the Samsung rep in the cellphone area (s/he'll be wearing a light blue Samsung shirt, not a Best Buy shirt). Tell him or her what happened and they can help you.

If you're in the UK, I think there's a chain there that has the same setup with Samsung.

If not, you probably have to contact Samsung.

I spent almost two hours with Samsung support and was told either to send it in or take it into best buy. Looks like I will be headed to best buy tomorrow.

Had to have it flashed back to stock, lost everything on it, but had it backed up so no loss. Not sure if I will attempt a lollipop update again anytime soon.
