Help getting rid of speak keyboard input

Hey, everyone. A few days ago I was trying to enable voice to text and accidentally enabled speak keyboard input. I'm not exactly sure how I did it, but now I can't get rid of it. I have a Galaxy S24+ and I've Googled the instructions, but they don't work for me! On a related note, I completely reset my keyboard settings, so I no longer have any symbols unless I hit the special key for that sub-keyboard. How do I get symbols back on the regular keys?
