Help, Google Play Services and Gmail keep on closing

Google Play Services and Gmail keep on closing on me for no apparent reason. It's been happening since I restarted my phone.

First, go to Settings>Apps, select Gmail, and Clear Cache, then Force Stop. Does the problem keep happening? If so, then try wiping the cache partition: https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-31522
