I know for a fact that my phone is hacked cuz I have seen these people literally doing it to other people. Then watching & listening to them. They even somehow took a video and recorded sound of a conversation that happened in my house on my phone you can literally see me leaning over the table and leaning over the phone during the conversation. I know people have used that one app I think it's called Albert with another phone before but I don't know what they're doing at this time or how they're doing it they're not even getting a hold of my phone I've seen them though do it to other people just I guess I didn't think they would do it to me and I have factory reset my phone I have reset my apps I've changed passwords I've changed Google accounts I've changed SIM cards I don't know what to do

I really don't know what to do I have typed this message out three times now and then all of a sudden my screen changes to something else as soon as I'm about to hit send and I didn't even do anything to change it they're trying to stop me from even messaging on here. My phone changes all the time we will go to different screens it will lock me out of accounts which I'm supposed to be automatically signed into then when I go to try to sign into it telling me my account is not available or there's no account with that name cuz they went in and changed it or deleted it I am so sick of all this happening they block my phone calls and my texts all day long I have to factory reset my phone I'll get a few phone calls will come through and then all of a sudden it will be right back to the same crap again any short period of time I have tried changing my Google account I have tried changing my password to my other accounts I factory reset my phone I've hard reset the phone I don't know what else to do I've even got a new phone I've even got a new SIM card and they got into the new one my phone lags when I click on something takes a while before it goes to the next page it's just weird like it says device controls and my settings but I can't access it or do anything to it but it's constantly lit up like it's being used or it will say home controls unavailable and I can't click on it sometimes there will be a little green bubble that pops up on my screen that usually pops up when it's recording my voice for my text messages but it will pop up on the side of the screen for no reason sometimes and like I have other apps on my phone that I play games on and when all of this crap started with the phone again it's now not recording my time for my games I'm not getting any of my points I've looked through the phone I can't find anything that I know is directly an app because it will be hidden.

There's a lot of information in your post that I'm not able to completely digest, but I'd first suggest a complete factory reset and contact your carrier for a replacement sim card. I hope you have another phone line you can use. Hopefully, you have backups in place to restore your phone, but since this looks like a catastrophic failure, you'll need to be careful what you restore from your backups.

Hacking is a criminal offence, so if you are sure of it, go to the police. I imagine that you could sue the person or persons responsible.

Firstly, it points to a possibility that the fault is not far fetched.
Try these:
1. Remove your SD card.
2. Turn off your data
3. go to Apps>Apps settings>click on the three vertical dots>reset app preferences.
The above should remove all permissions to all apps( Camera, microphone, contacts ..) apart from system apps.

I am suspecting you keep reinstalling a malicious app (game, utility, what have you).

Secondly, go to Playstore>click on your account (picture or Initial at the top right hand side)>Play protect>Scan. This will scan for malicious apps that pose a threat to your device and data (personal, financial, social, etc.) These should help.

NB: It has nothing to do with your SIM. Your SD card, your games, some Apps you keep reinstalling; those are the major threats. I sincerely hope you find solution in this, as I can only imagine how frustrating this can be 🥺
