Help! How to revert HTC10 back to stock? (TWRP 3.0.2-6, Sunshine unlocked bootloader & S-off)

Hi!

I'd like to revert my phone back to stock and be able to have OTA, use android pay, etc.

I've bought the phone used. It isn't rooted, but has custom TWRP 3.0.2-6 installed + Sunshine unlocked bootloader & S-off.
I'll be very grateful for a guide of how to do it.
