Help!! HTC logo and ! marks on each corner.

Tryed to run RUU for stock during the install the progress bar on phone turned red with ! point and then turned back to green and proceeded to install then i got a ERROR [110]: FILE OPEN ERROR: This error message indicates that the RUU lacks some specific files or they are damaged, so the RUU cannot continue with the update. You have to get the complete RUU package and try again

my phone cant do anything and I've tryed about every RUU and keep getting a USB ERROR except for the one i first ran. it just does the same thing.

Relax. Go to boot loader and hit restore.

Hold the vol down button while hitting power untill the hboot screen comes up..Goto recovery either clockwork or ra which ever u have then you will see the recovery screen come up and goto backup/restore and hit restore..Also i would wipe dalvik/data and cache before hitting restore just to make sure there wont be any issues such as sometimes the phone can bootloop etc
