Help i am confused

My htc desire 626 has not recieved the android lollipop update. The phone is original but it is the international unlocked vesiob so no carrier. Plz help

Welcome to the forums. I couldn't find anything on HTC's site nor on XDA for the international version. I couldn't find a custom ROM on Cyanogen, so most likely a custom ROM is out of the question. It may be stuck on the version you have.
