youre going to need adb to flash a working recovery and screencast to see what your doing... hopefully one of sammyz tutorials will work for you... and bigsupers fix blackscreen thread works... its just gonna take some effort... such comes with the territory...

Actually you could use the second post, just start from the blank screen in recovery mode.
