(HELP) i CAN'T DOWNLOAD APPS ON MY PHONE

hi, my phone is a cloudfone ice and i can't download apps. my phone is new so there's nothing in it. i tried to download apps but the bar just keeps on loading... My mom has the same phone and she can download easily... My phone runs on gingerbread. please help me >_<
