help! I need free recovery for photos which have disappeared into outer space or somewhere

my photos which I take using the phone (as opposed to any downloaded or whats app images) have all disappeared.!!

I know I can recover them but...... every time I find something on my pc to recover them (hoorah) I then get so far and am prompted to pay ( boo rubbish)
any one know of a genuine free application I can use on my windows pc to recover them?

Photos which were on your phone but no longer are most likely are not recoverable, despite the claims to the contrary by people asking you to pay for the service.

Why not tell us more about how you came to lose your photos?

ooh thats a shame, I guess I have duped into thinking I could.

Basically I did nothing, one day all the pics were there and the next day all the pics had gone except for the ones Id taken very recently which was about four pictures, Im trying to think if Id downloaded any different apps or anything
the only thing Id downloaded recently was smartswitch, (I downloaded this a few days before they disappeard) as Im going to get a new phone and was going to use this to load all the stuff from my phone. I downloaded it but havent used it. two weeks prior to the pics disappearing, I downloaded image 2 wallpaper and an android photo editor but im at a loss to why they have just gone.

someone has said about a code being corrupt but thats a bit techy for me to understand

anyway thanks for letting me know im wastin my time trying to recover them via a service
