Help me if possible plz when i was playing a game in my samsung glaxay tab 3 lite it hangup then i restart it then they says unforunately samsung keyboard has stopped and i have a password and i dont know hot to fix it help me plz plz

Hold your power button and volume down button to do a hard reset, see if that will clear the error and allow the keyboard to work again.

Welcome to Android Central! You can also try connecting a basic USB keyboard via OTG cable, if the above suggestions don't work.

Go to play.google.com (on another computer, of course), log in, and install another keyboard to your tab. Then you should be able to choose a keyboard (the new one, of course) and unlock the tab.
