HELP, Incoming Voice Notifications

Hey all,

Can someone please tell me how to stop the voice from saying "John is calling, say answer or ignore." extremely loud. I dont have Assist on and volume is on silent, still happens. Please can someone help me with this.

Try settings> Accessibility> make sure talkback is off.
