Help, Installed Asia FW on my USA P7310

Hey guys, i did something really stupid today to my 8.9 p7310...I installed that Asia update to it and it placed the tab into a loop and crashes in the settings app when it first starts up. Cant access SD card to install stock firmware. I need the Odin firmware to put back to stock I think. Any ideas?

Use the pinhole next to the headphone jack at the top to reset the device.

I recommend checking XDA for the orignal ROM to try and flash
