Help! Internal Storage numbers don't add up!

I have an 8gb Nexus 7. When I look at the Internal Storage under settings, the "Available" space is far below what it should be according to the other numbers and the diagram. It says I have 0.96GB of available space, when I should actually have about 4.7GB of available space. I tried a factory wipe today, and that hardly did anything. Anyone know how to fix this?

My N7 is rooted and running Pete's Bugless Beast.

did you run a CWM backup? Thats about 2.5-3GB (at least) in /data that never gets picked up by the scanner.

Try the app DiskUsage - quite good for showing what's in storage.
