Help! Just bought a Nexus 5 via Craigslist and having issues.

hi. I just purchased a Nexus 5, sealed, and not opened from someone on Craigslist, . I went to AT&T to have it activated, and it did the system upgrade thing, but they device kept restarting. I figured this was because the battery must've been low or something. So I went home, plugged it in to try and let it do it's thing again. it ended up restarting again and going back to the bootloop

Any ideas on what to do now?

Mine did something very similar after I unlocked the bootloader. If you can get back into the bootloader, just clear the cache and then try to restart and it should be okay. Let me know if you have questions.

I did that as well after trying to troubleshoot with the seller, but that is still a no go. I did both the factory reset, and cache and still the bootloop occurs.
