Noooo....i need to find the list of everything downloaded on MY evo silly!

LoL I'm see that you fixed the wording on your original question now to avoid such responses =P

Just giving you a hard time brotha... I don't actually have an Evo =]

You can download Linda file manager app for free, then go to sd card, then go to downloads and you will see everything =]

Open up the "Market" App--->Top right hand corner "Downloads" click it.

There you got m8... like taking candy from a baby!

You'll also see any updates to any of the apps you downloaded.

Thanks for this...its helpful and i didnt know about it. But, i thought there was also a place i could view ALL downloads...like a pic or file downloaded from an email, etc?????

If you know the file name I think you can use the universal search on the EVO.

If the file your looking for was sent to you in an email search for the sender or the subject line.

You could also mount your EVO as USB drive and search through the folders.

If you want to get a list of all apps you downloaded, use AppBrain. Once you sync with it you can see a list of all of your EVO apps on your computer.

ASTRO File Manager will let you look at your SD card to see what is there from your EVO.

You can also just connect the EVO via USB to your computer in Disk Drive mode and look at what is on the phone using Windows Explorer. Search for *.* on that drive (F:\ maybe?) to see a list of files on your SD card.

What exact kind of download file are you looking for? That will help us get you an answer. For instance if you are looking only for jpg's you can search for *.jpg to see a list of all jpg's on your SD card.

I love Android. Where else but an Android forum would you have a whole group of people that think so far outside the box. :)

Thanks Kedar for saving us from our own wild ingenuity lol.

Gonna throw out a shout for Astro File Browser. The best way to manage files on your Android phone.

Yes, you can. Just tap and hold on a file. Click edit. You can then delete, copy, paste, move, or rename the file.

And no problem brallie. Heh. You'll find out that long pressing things randomly on Android or pressing menu on any apps will often give you many more options... and it'll become a habit.
