Help, little blue lock icon.

Hello, I have turned off smart lock I have set the screen lock to none but yet when I'm playing a game, watching a movie a little blue lock icon pops up in the middle of the screen and I have to swipe it away to get back to whatever I'm doing. How can I get rid of this this little blue icon? stop it from popping up its driving me nuts. And help would be appreciated.

Welcome to Android Central! Which device? Is it a Samsung? I've seen that kind of thing happen on my Galaxy Tab A7 lite -- I believe it's a screen lock that shows up to prevent accidental screen presses while you're not actively playing the game.
