Help? Locked out Note 7-forgot screen pattern

How do I reset/unlock forgotten screen pattern?

Got Note 7 yesterday. Have spent hours setting it up & its perfect to how I like it.
Thought I would add all the security features: retina unlock, check... fingerprint unlock, check....
Thought I would use a 'different' pattern than I've used on previous notes and IMMEDIATELY forgot the pattern. I've been locked out for hours (b/c with each fail, time to reattempt is extended. Am currently at 40 min.!)
No 'Forgot Pattern' prompt displays.

Tried ADM - nope
Tried Google acct. - nope
Tried Samsung acct. - nope
Apparently, somewhere I checked box that said "Draw Pattern instead of using fingerprint recognition because of security policy." WTF!??

Think it's power and volume down while phone is off
