I was having issues with my GNEX (signal loss) and I talked with Verizon technical support. They said that they can trade it out for a Razr for free but if I wanted the Maxx I would have to pay $100 to cover the difference in phone costs between the GNEX and the Maxx.
My question is, is it worth the price difference?
Should I just keep the GNEX and hope they send out some patches to fix signal issues?
Or should I pull the trigger and buy the Maxx??
Help, please!

My buddy just got a Maxx and his signal strength is better with less dropped calls than my TB in marginal areas. If you can't plug in during the day I would spend the coin for the Maxx.

Basically it's the Razr with an extended battery. Ask yourself, do you need that much battery life? Are you able to charge your phone at work (ie sitting at a desk)?

Is this a warranty swap? And if so, would it be for a Certified Like New Replacement MAXX? I'd be strongly tempted to do it if they're willing to send a new MAXX, but $100 is a bit steep for a CLNR that may or may not work.

I would go for the Maxx if it is new as well. It is an upgrade and I have 3 friends who have it. They love it. I have played with it and am impressed but it is too big for my hands. I am happy tho with my Thunderbolt and I love Sense UI If I could comfortably use the phone I would. Its a decent phone
