Help me find a replacement 3.5mm jack

Recently my 3.5mm jack has been letting the headphones out a little easier than I'd like. I've had the phone for over two years so I'll chock it up to wear and tear. I've already replaced the USB port and that went pretty smoothly. I was wondering if anybody knew where I could find a new 3.5mm jack. I've already searched my usual places and came up with nothing.

Have you tried a phone repair store? They are usually small independent stores located in some strip malls, and repair all types of cellphones. They might even sell you the part, for a DIY repair.
