I just got a replacement S3 and I'm having trouble finding an app that I used every day. It allows you to swipe up from the bottom of your screen (or top, right, left) and access other apps that you would place on this bar-like graphic. You can change the color of the bar. Again, you could access this bar from pretty much any screen on your device.
