Help me Gnex are permanent reboot.

Hi, please anyone can help me, my gnex are with permanent reboot, i flash with odin and gnex tool kit and nothing. too does hard resert, wipe date and wipe cache and nothing. Someone show me another solution to my problem.?

PD: The phone is hot when making these permanent reboots and fails login. That will damage any part of the hardware.?
