Help me phone still keeps rebooting after 24 hours

yesterday, around 1:00pm i finally get the ics software for my htc rezound, so i decide to download it for my phone. 24 hours later its 1:00pm again and my phone still keeps on restarting. I pulled the battery hoping to stop the restarts but it still keeps doing it after I take it out and put it back. What Do I Do!

If the Major's suggestions don't work for you, factory reset. Last resort
