Someone sent me a few songs via bluetooth and the only way i can listen to them is by going to my setting/bluetooth/received files is there a way i can transfer them to my music player???

Does the music player not see those songs? Check the music player's settings--is there a "Refresh Music" option? If so, try it--it might not have rescanned your folders yet.

Otherwise, install a file manager app like ES File Explorer and use it to move the music files from the Received Files folder to the main Music folder.
