Please help me, My Droid X wouldnt let me access my camera or video camera and it said something along the lines of this app is unreachable try rebooting, and so i did but now that its off and i tried to turn it back on it says "Modem did not powere up (2) starting RSD protocol support.... What do i do? Do i just wait for it? Oh and its been like this for maybe the past twenty minutes.

I did a search on your issue, and it seems like a factory reset is the only way to go.
