help me please

currently using a galaxy s3 , so hey guys my note 4 wasn't running recovery mode(only shows android logo and freezes) so after some research i downloaded an application quick boot so i pressed recovery so the phone did the same thing freezed in the android logo and as always i removed the battery and rebooted the phone so without pressing the volume up and home it shows me the android logo with blue stuff and freezes even after the battery ended i plugged the phone and it shows me the android logo
anyone can help will be so appreciated <3
