Okay so I run a private site that streams content to myself and some friends. It appears that the iPhone is able to stream my mp4 videos without any issues however my LG Optimus S is not. That is not surprising considering the Optimus is a low end smart phone with low resolution. Really I just want to know if someone with an HTC is able to stream the mp4 from the link below. Obviously when I say stream I mean the video and sound play while the video is still downloading.
