Help me, why is my LG G3 saying it is charging when it's not?

Help me my lg g3 is not charging and it says that it is charging.

I charged my lg g3 and it said it is on 100%. So I unplugged it then it said that it is still charging. It keeps on saying that. Please help.

Welcome to Android Central! Does the battery level go down appropriately as you use the phone? Does the charging indicator go away if you reboot?
