Planning to buy HTC Desire 816 Dual Sim . I know that it is dual standby phone. So my question is, if none of the sim are used, then I can receive calls and sms in any of the sim . Right ?

Hello, could you clarify your question? You can use a sim from any carrier that is compatible with the phone. What carrier are you planning on using?
