Help meeded with S pen pen settings

I did something and now the color selections are semi see thru and very light from the selected color-how do i get the s pen pen shadez back to fully opaque??

When I pick the other pens it seems the right shade but the highlighter is see thru

As you can see, selected black but highlight is see thru gray

Maybe the highlighter is supposed to be lighter
