Help my Galaxy s3 music and videos freeze

Hey, I dont know what happened but my music was playing stopped then the icon in the notification bar is gone for the music I said eh what ever then the song cones on for 1 sec and then pauses and changes to an other song same with youtube videos just freeze for a sec and this is happening and etc. Please help
