help! my phone shows Green screen

When i lower the brightness at minimum , 2/3 of the screen starts to pulsate or show some green lines .It happens the same when i lock and unlock my phone for 1 second .Can somebody help me ?

The screen is damaged. You'll need to get it replaced since it likely won't be fixable.
