help! my phone wont go into recovery mode!

Hi, thanks in advance for the help.i have a alcatel pop4 running marshmallow.
I was using google chrome and suddenly my phone turned off and came onto the alcatel screen, now no matter what i do, my phone will not go past this screen.
I have tried to go into recovery mode, but no menu shows up, i dont know what else to do, please help
