If it were me, I'd still go with the Galaxy 6 Pro (or Galaxy Xcover 7 if I couldn't find an Xcover 6 Pro), as they both have 3.5mm jacks + "removable" batteries. The Galaxy Xcover 6 Pro also has a larger IPS LCD display, plus the Qualcomm SM7325 Snapdragon 778G 5G chipset, plus 4K@30fps, 1080p@30fps video.
The CAT S62 Pro's battery is "non-removable". Though maybe other CAT's have removeable's?
Nevertheless, I agree with @mustang7757 , in going with a better spec'd phone, then adding a rugged case. Unless one really needs a removeable battery.

I would look at like Samsung s23/s24 series , Google pixels 8pro and put a rugged case on it ?
