Help, need to unroot phone

i got a galaxy s3 verizon. i tried to install a root with towelroot, and now i dont want it anymore. i need my phone back to stock. so i can bring it to verizon. i tried using supersu and used its unrooting tool, but it still says se for android status: permissive. and i dont know if this is a stock kernal (dont know if its good to give away the kernal or not. please help. if needed i can reinstall the root correctly so it can be unrooted fully
