yeah my computer didn't detected when i connected to my phone

A few tips for this that I've come across:

1. Try a different cable.
2. Try a different USB port.
3. Uninstall then re-install the drivers.
4. Go into "Device Manager" if using Windows 8 and find the Samsung device. You can 'fix problem' from there. If you're using Windows 7, you can go into Start > right click Computer > Properties.

- Have you installed the Samsung USB drivers?
- Are you using the USB cable that came with the phone?
- Do you see the "installing hardware" prompt when the phone is connected to the PC?
