Help needed. After upgrading to JellyBean 4.1, my Exchange email will not connect to server

Hi,

I recently uploaded JellyBean 4.1 from ICS 4.0 and now my work email Exchange cant connect to server. I have gone to the Spring store and called Advanced Tech about my problem and they seem to feel I have to flash the software and start over.

Does anyone have any other ways to fix this problem?

Try going to manage apps and clear data from exchange and email. You will then have to reset up your email account.

Same with me. I fixed the issue by going in my server settings and changing the port from 80 to 443.

I have no idea why this happened, but it worked for me.
